The Northumberland Union of Golf Clubs is saddened to hear the news that Peter Davey has passed away after a short illness, at the age of 64.

Peter was the County Captain between 2002 & 2004, he was a hugely respected figure within golf and beyond, playing out of Newcastle United, The Northumberland, then Hexham.

Our thoughts are with his wife Tracey, son Jonathan, daughter Becky and the rest of the family at this very sad time.

The funeral will be on Friday 27 December at Saltwell Crematorium (NE9 6DT) at 12 noon.
